At Weight Doctors®, we take your satisfaction very seriously. We want to provide you with care of the highest quality. Nevertheless, it can happen that you are not satisfied with the treatment or our service. If so, we would like to hear about it so that together we can find a suitable solution.

Raise your complaint

Do you have a complaint or a concern? We encourage you to discuss it first with your practitioner. A personal conversation often already leads to a satisfactory solution. If you cannot resolve it together, you can turn to our independent complaints officer.

Our complaints officer

Our complaints officer is your independent and neutral point of contact. The complaints officer listens to your experience, guides you through the complaints procedure and, together with you and the practitioner involved, looks for a suitable solution.

Your complaint will be treated confidentially, and we will endeavour to find a solution together with you within a reasonable time.

What can you expect?

Once we have received your complaint, the complaints officer will contact you as soon as possible. Together we will look at how your complaint can best be dealt with. The aim is always to reach a solution in a respectful and transparent way.

Geschillencommissie Zelfstandige Klinieken

If you cannot find a solution with the help of our complaints officer, you can submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie Zelfstandige Klinieken (Disputes Committee for Independent Clinics). This independent committee handles disputes between patients and independent clinics.
